FAQ's
Q: How are the designs printed onto the different items?
A: The printing processes used are Direct to Garment, Die Sublimation and Laser Etching.
• Direct to Garment (DTG) or Digital Printing: is a process of printing on garments using specialized inkjet technology. Specialty inks are applied to the garment directly and are absorbed by the fibers. Unlike screen-printing, no screens are used to print and therefore no minimum orders are required. Typically, the final DTG design does not have quite the same shine and boldness of the colors as a screen-printed item does. This is due to the inks being absorbed by the product fibers. This process is used on t-shirts, sweatshirts, and polo’s. If the design appears as a dark 1-color design on your selected item, the design will be laser etched into the item selected (see Laser Etched Printing below).
• Die Sublimation Printing: is the process of printing on fabrics and materials by dieing the design into or onto the desired item. The printed design is heated to a point that it turns into a gas and solidifies onto or into the surface of selected item. The designs are very crisp, clear, strong colors and will last as long as the item does. This process is used on mugs, cups, blankets, coasters, mouse pads, aprons, pillowcases, buttons, towels, tiles, plaques, bags, and shower curtains.
• Laser Etched Printing: is the process of printing on fabrics and materials using a computerized laser. The design is burned into the top layer of the fabric or material via the laser. The design has a unique and subtle look. This process is used on dark colored polo’s and sportswear, fleece blankets, fleece outerwear, jackets, car mats, plaques, sports balls, robes, scarves, headbands and shorts. If the design appears as a dark 1-color design on your selected item, the design will be laser etched into the item selected.
Q: Are there any minimum order requirements?
A: No, there are no minimum order requirements. You can order one item if desired.
Q: Do the apparel sizes run big or small?
A: The majority of the apparel items run true to size. The few exceptions are the ladies tees and tanks (the product names starting with BE). These are the Bella brand and are junior ladies sizes as follows: Small=size 0-4; Med=size 4-6; Lrg=size 6-8; XL=8-10; 2XL=10-14
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Your order will be shipped directly to your door typically within about one week. You can pay for expedited shipping if desired.
